Assignment Details

Our client is a leading Advisory and market research firm and are looking to engage with a Senior Financial Analyst from the IT/ITeS sector who can deliver the following key responsibilities :

 Build models that the company requires to make business decisions as well as for special projects
 Manipulate large amounts of data from disparate systems to offer meaningful insights and be able to tell a succinct story
 Offer suggestions and build reports in Adaptive to better leverage the tool
 Strong analytical thought process and problem-solving skills
 Act as a user expert of Adaptive and NetSuite to efficiently manage reports from these systems and support source data for financial models
 Analyze and review periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans 
 Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management
 Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; identify opportunities for financial improvement and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
 Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation
 Support the development and improvement of new and existing management reports and input templates
 Ad hoc analysis in support of management decision-making
 Deliver quality work product within deadlines

- Working hours are aligned to UK shift timing – 2pm IST – 10PM IST

Skills Required

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating financial models
- FP&A experience working with an IT/ITeS organization and a strong willingness
to learn
- Must be a proficient user of Adaptive Insights (Workday)
- Knowledge of Netsuite ERP
- Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically in MS Excel (advanced-level)
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and to translate results into meaningful metrics.
- Effective written and oral communication skills as positions requires communicating with department heads and management.
