Assignment Details

We are an organisation placing semi-skilled workers into formalised temp roles typically with large organisations. They types or roles span basic call centres, feet on street sales, etc. We are seeing huge growth in demand and want to ensure we build a ready pipeline of candidates to support this. For this, we are launching a range of initiatives to expand our network of sourcing channels (paid vendors, training institutes, employment exchanges etc) across India particularly in Tier 2 and 3 cities.

We are therefore looking for a project manager who can help oversee and coordinate this strategic project to significantly ramp up the pipeline and fold it into steady state operations

Skills Required

Sales background (across dispersed dis aggregated customers) is good to have.

Able to manage teams of semi-skilled members (e.g., runners) across pan India (remotely)

Good social Problem solving skills and influencing ability

Ability to work across social strata

Staffing background nice to have
