Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Japanese company focused on education, is looking to engage with a Junior Consultant for Research and Strategy for a period of 2 weeks. The consultant would be working as a part of the team with a Senior Strategy Consultant.

Key Deliverables:

- Gathering data to develop well-informed and effective strategic plans of education companies and their implication into the K12, B2B, B2C space in India;
- Researching education companies to understand them and their objectives/ growth in the Indian education market;
- Understanding the evolution of education business trajectory and growth opportunities;
- Preparing Vision and Strategic goals for the organisation in the Indian market;
- Understanding the major challenges faced by foreign companies doing education-related business in India;
- Study recent market trends and insights to build business plans and strategies for the Indian Market;
- Understanding legal regulations, government policies to build an effective organisational approach.

Skills Required

- A proven track record in the development of strategic plans to benefit the client;
- The ability to understand the needs of consumers and target audiences;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Well organised and analytical, with a practical approach to the work.
