Our Client, an information technology firm is looking to engage with a Solution Architect for Digital Workplace
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Design a Solution which aims to provide and support different workplace platforms and endpoints (physical, virtual, mobile) which allow employees to access and consume the DWP services and other business applications
2. Create a Solution which aligns with the customers objective of supporting the collaboration and communication experience across different endpoints, enabling employees to access and work on the information and communicate efficiently in different situations (at the office, on-the-go, at home)
3. Strategies the Solution providing communication and collaboration, more social and open workspaces where Customer employees and teams can find all the tools they need to work together as a team as well as with external partners and customers.
4. End Objective is to Enhance the DWP experience by providing best-in-class modern services which allow our business to foster innovation in their particular areas.
The project might extended beyond 3 months basis requirement and mutual interest
1. End to End Digital Workplace Technologies. Experience in combining all technologies towards a single service.
2. Leveraging DevSecOps and Agile Methodology as an Operations Delivery 3. Model for enhancing Customer Experience.
4. Data Analytics and Customer Experience Insights as a model for Delivery.
5. DWP Cloud Experience
6. Experience in Designing overall customer experience in Design, 7.Transform/Migrate and Operate areas of DWP Delivery.
Technology Experience:
