Assignment Details

Our client a leading Indian Conglomerate in collaboration with FlexingIt is looking to pull together a strategic approach on the Gig economy in India. Given the growth of the flexible workforce and shift towards a ‘new way of working’, the approach document aims to (a) build awareness within corporates on the potential and (b) identify success factors to enable adoption of flexible resources in the organisation:

The analysis/synthesis will cover the following broad topics:

1. How the flexible work economy is shaping up in India
2. How corporates and big conglomerates are using flexible talent
3. Nature and quality of flexible workforce available for short-term project work
4. Key enablers to adopt the blended workforce
5. How a blended workforce can add value to a corporate team

This would be a short 2 weeks project and the end deliverable would be a synthesized presentation covering the topics above plus additional insights / data to provide an overall perspective of this space.

Skills Required

- Strong written communications and experience in writing reports / white papers
- Ability to develop hypotheses and back that up by data (secondary and if needed primary)
- Experience in structuring strategic presentations, ideally in a consulting context
