We are looking to engage with a consultant to help us to craft a thought piece on how to develop a strong freelancer value proposition covering the following key objectives:
- Deep dive into the existing enablers we have in place - elaborate each point and add key learnings
- Detail out best practices and recommendations on compensation and benefits structuring for freelancers
Some of the key elements of the projects are:
- Look at global trends, undertake primary and secondary research, analyse and synthesize data to formulate the above content
- Undertake face-to-face or telephonic conversations with HR/business leaders of clients from a range of firms to understand their perspective and accordingly formulate strategies
- Analyse various benchmarks such as difference in compensation of a FTE vs flexible employee, rewards and benefits in different setups, working environment and learning opportunities to come up with ways companies can fill existing gaps
