Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Program Manager for an initiative with their Pharma Client.

The consultant would be expected to support them in the end to end implementation of process and operational improvement strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work with the senior plant management team to chart out the implementation plan
2. Identify key resources needed and provide the direction for meeting the project objectives
3. Ensure that operations and key processes and practices are being followed.
4. Conduct post-activity reviews and recommend changes as necessary to increase program effectiveness
5. Prioritising improvement areas and working with the stakeholders to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan
6. Overseeing implementation of select improvement initiatives

This project would require fulltime support for a duration of 3 months (extendable). With the improvement in COVID situation, the consultant would be expected to be present onsite in Ahmedabad.

Skills Required

1. Work experience in the pharma industry is a must
2. Exposure in Program Management, Pharma Operations, Process Improvements is necessary
3. Understanding of pharma plant tools and technicalities
4. Strong people skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
