Assignment Details

Our client is a global startup that is backed by a multinational consumer goods company and they are looking to onboard a Talent acquisition & HR generalist consultant who can supporting on setting up recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead the way in ensuring recruitment readiness (process & people capability).
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

Skills Required

- Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
