Assignment Details

Our client is a global startup that is backed by a multinational consumer goods company and they are looking to onboard a Compensation and Rewards Specialist who can help them develop rewards packages for employees in line with global framework.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Support in developing rewards packages for employees in line with global framework
- Plan transition conversations & ensure organisation preparedness from a comp & rewards perspective
- Support all our markets (global) in designing rewards packages for all roles in line with global framework & local compliance needs ( will provide local contacts to help with legal & regulatory compliance needed)

Skills Required

- Global HR and rewards experience will be a plus.
- ESOP design experience will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Superior organisational and time management skills
