Our client, a global recruitment services firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant to help them with their initiative to digitize their recruitment process in the B2B HR space.
Key Deliverables:
1. Mapping the current recruitment process by geography (India, Japan, Vietnam, China and USA) and industries. Analyse the information across parameters to derive valuable insights and indications
2. Researching on how the current market and process can be disrupted by using available and analysed data and technology
3. Developing deep dive insights on tech in the recruitment market
4. Help the senior leaders to devise strategies on the digitization, while keeping in sight the existing assets across the 3 geographies and potential assets and investments that can be used for transformation
5. Comparing different compensation models and fee across geographies and industries for strong benchmarking
6. Driving research on gig economy in recruitment for the mentioned geographies (top companies, investment scenarios, etc.)
7. Structuring the core model to make it easily consumable by other senior consultants and decision-makers.
Note: This is a 2-3 months project requiring fulltime remote support
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills; expertise in advance Excel
- Ability to apply advanced analytics algorithms on raw data and find out insights
- Ability to problem-solve with senior stakeholders and present articulately
- Experience in a top management consulting firm is a must
