Our client, a global recruitment services firm, is looking to engage with a Senior strategy consultant to design strategies to digitize their Recruitment Process in the B2B space
Key Deliverable's:
1. Guide on mapping of the current recruitment process by geographies (India, Vietnam, Japan, China and the US) and industries. Understand the key trends and insights from the analysis.
2. Brainstorm to get ideas on disruption of current market and process through digitization, using the available data and technology
3. Develop an understanding of the Japanese market, different compensation and fee models across the mentioned geographies
4. Help research on gig economy in recruitment for the mentioned geographies (top companies, investment scenarios, etc.)
5. Define market of digital transformation in recruitment such as deep learning, AI/ ML, sentiment analysis in hiring process or assessment
6. Design short, medium and long term strategies to digitize the recruitment process, keeping in sight the existing asset in India, Vietnam and Japan and potential assets and investments that can be used for transformation
7. Recommendation on way forward such as - M&A, alliances, organic market entry with pros and cons
8. Provide support to the analyst on research and data analysis
Note: This is a 2-3 months project requiring part time, remote support
- Experience in a top tier consulting firm is a must
- Prior exposure to HR projects would be a plus
- Excellent ability to analyse and present insights, recommend strategies
- Stakeholder management + team oriented
- Deep understand of HR Tech landscape
