Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting frim, is looking to engage with a consultant who has prior exposure to Project Management & Delivery in -Manufacturing

Responsibility:
- The consultant will work as part of the project team to deliver the outcomes in Manufacturing space.
- Plan and execute tasks effectively by prioritizing various activities with team. Meticulous attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement the overall Manufacturing strategy & Determine key KPIs
- Ensure the timely delivery of work allocated and timely actions on feedback by clients and leadership
- Suggest solutions for process improvements. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues, identify and implement opportunities for improved effectiveness, efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Note: The duration of this project is 4 Months.

Skills Required

- Exposure to Project Management & Delivery in Manufacturing projects
- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing
- Experience of leading large, complex, global delivery programmes.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and good time-management skills
- This is a client-facing role. Consultants should have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
- Proficiency in MS Excel, has to work on data analysis, research, information collection from various sources.
- This role would require consultants to travel as and when needed.
