Our client, a global leading personal care company is looking to engage with a Consultant. Client is about to launch a new product line and needs support with the event management.
Key Responsibilities:
i) Act as a single point of contact between agency and organization
ii) Facilitate meetings, shows, events and cooperation among teams and agencies.
iii) Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
iv) Plan, organize and execute the event in close collaboration with the agency
v) Serve as an Official representative of the organization and represent the company in discussions/negotiations/ with various associations, agencies, vendors
vi) Interact with key stake holders to ensure smooth flow of work
Duration- 4 months
Capacity- Full time
Location- Mumbai, with frequent travel to Delhi.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in marketing agencies
- Good Stakeholder Management.
- Experience in managing events like summit meetings, conferences, etc
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
