Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in the personal care space, is looking to engage with a senior consultant to put in place an organizational redesign initiative to help manage internal transitions including a digital transformation

Roles and Responsibilities include :

- Look at the current organisation structure of the firm and identify skill gaps
- Review best practices in the FMCG sector and recommend a revised org design to bridge skill gaps
- Work along internal teams to make sure the proposed changes are as economical and effective as possible
- Allocate personnel in the right places to improve efficiency and increase productivity as the firm adopts digitization initiatives
- Assist in change management process in terms of aligning strategy with organizational structure/design
- Facilitate the collection and analysis of data to provide long term and short plans and forecast to meet our client’s organization’s mission
- Assist in manpower planning by assessing company's present and future needs (and resources)
- Build a strategy to successfully communicate the change in the HR systems an develop effective communication plan for employees at all levels
- Support communication and training efforts

This is an on-site full-time project for a duration of 4 weeks, location being Shanghai.

Skills Required

1. Well versed in organizational redesign and change management best practices, FMCG sector experience is preferred
2. Must have a good understanding of technology and system implementation
3. A track record of advising clients on change and communications strategy and planning, with a fluency in readiness assessment, engagement, change measurement and strategic communications
4. Must be good in articulating and effective in communicating with relevant stakeholders.
