Assignment Details

Our client, a non-profit organization supporting various MSMEs in scaling up their businesses for exporting products and services, is looking to work with a leadership coach who can help and guide the MSMEs related to exports and business transformation.

Responsibilities :
- Delivery of modules related to business transformation
- Impart online training in a virtual classroom to MSMEs (top-line 100-150 crs)
- Guide them on the subject relating to exports, a business transformation so that the participants are well primed to engage with the Global Supply Chain of Global Retailers as potential vendors
- Working with the client business leaders to understand learning and performance needs and to understand opportunities to improve the results of the business

The project requires remote support for about 8 weeks.

Skills Required

- Experience in the field of learning/training/knowledge management/coaching teams is a must
- Experience in the apparel manufacturing sector is a must
- Experience working with International buying houses is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills and leadership skills
