Assignment Details

Our client a leading mining organization is looking for a Consultant - Talent Acquisition Partner - responsible for end to end recruitment management for a
service line and develop effective recruitment sourcing programs enabling recruiters to provide diverse & qualified candidate pools within appropriate time frames.

Role & Responsibilities -
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
 Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
 Create and implement comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the business vertical & goals and objectives.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:
 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for various positions within the business vertical.
 Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
 Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and recommend top candidates for further consideration.
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication to candidates.

Candidate Experience:
 Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring prompt communication, feedback, and transparency.
 Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support during the application and selection process.
 Continuously improve the candidate experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.

Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline:
 Actively promote the employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
 Collaborate with EVP lead and communication teams to develop compelling job
advertisements, employer branding materials, and recruitment campaigns.
 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
 Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
 Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities, trends, and performance to business leaders and HR partners.
 Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, improve processes, and make informed decisions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
 Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
 Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment laws.
 Develop strong relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to enhance the talent pool and leverage external expertise.

Client's Location - Gurgaon

Skills Required

 Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 Proven track record in successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for diverse roles and levels.
 In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
 Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and delivering high-quality hires.
