Assignment Details

Our client, a global manufacturer of confectionery products is looking to onboard a Digital Commerce Consultant who will help the company put a tangible E-commerce strategy in place for the next 4-5 years.

The assignment would require the consultant to-

1. Analyze the business to recognize opportunities for the company in the Digital Commerce Domain.
2. Help avoid mistakes that the company might commit being at a nascent stage in the E-Commerce space.
3. Help adopt the best practices in the Digital Commerce space.
4. Devise a strategy effectively covering, among other areas, the following domains-
Portfolio, Route To Market, Supply Chain.
5. Help execute the strategy so devised and track progress towards goals, adjusting the plan as conditions change.

The onsite portion of the project will require the consultant to work out of the client's office in Gurgaon.

Skills Required

1. Strong understanding of e-commerce technology landscape and retail industry and the ability to deep dive into problems
2. FMCG experience highly preferred (to enable contribution in terms of ideas)
3. Strong evidence of Digital Commerce Experience
4. Prior experience of successfully executing formulated strategies in the Digital Commerce Space.
