Our client is a global management consulting firm and they are looking to engage with a Marketing Technologist on one of their projects
Key Deliverables :-
- Defining and bringing a holistic consumer data strategy to life. Experience with using data as a strategic choice for the business to identify use cases to build the business and fill gaps in data, processes, and systems to realise the value.
- Help outline all the functionalities needed by the marketing and growth team in terms of technologies and outlining the options in terms of platforms/tools (e.g,, Hubspot, salesforce etc).
- Help the team think through the pros and cons of the various tools for their specific business and prioritise which ones to go deeper on/pilot.
- Help the team define pilots to test out the various tools and take decisions on which one will work best.
- Lay out an approach to integrate the various tools with the existing stack to get data realtime, seamlessly.
- Give input on marketing & analytics dashboards that use the data coming from the various tools and guide on improvement areas.
- Strong experience with and understanding of marketing technology tools such as Salesforce and BigCommerce.
- Exprience with building and operationalising end to end CRM strategy - at scale.
- Experience working extensively with digital channels and interpreting data around customers.
- Knowledge of digital marketing levers including performance marketing on social, SEO, and paid search strategies. Ability to analyze and optimise entire path to purchase with strong experience in Google Analytics.
- Experience building consumer facing apps and websites that are used at scale
