Assignment Details

Our client, a global Management Consulting firm is looking to engage with a consultant who's had experience with Customer relationship management (CRM) and is familiar with the platforms Salesforce/Zoho.

The client expects the consultants to guide the following for each platform:

- Identification of key impact areas for the platform e.g.,which KPIs can be improved (business case)
- Benchmarks for these KPIs from similar firms
- Identification of key platform capabilities based on client context and best practices
- Understanding of as-is process at client site and identification of improvement areas based on best practices
- Changes required to drive value through the platform - people, process and tech.
- Identifying key functional requirements for platform and monitoring of important stage gates from design to build

Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Skills Required

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-10 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
