Our client is a global management consulting firm and are looking to engage with a Trading expert with experience across Customer activation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Help structure a strong customer acquisition approach for the product, with a focus on Digital Channels.
- Understand what competitors - including investing startups, are doing to acquire and retain customers and identify what would work in the client context.
- Understand customer behaviour , how they are engaging with the product, drop-offs etc.
- Identify improvements in the product and UX to improve customer experience.
- Implement additional ideas to build greater engagement and loyalty amongst existing customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, with an ability to collaborate with departments across the business to agree and achieve trading outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key.

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
