Assignment Details

Our client is a consulting firm and looking for the Cloud/IT Architect.

Responsibilities:
- Manages product backlog of AI Personalisation Engine; leads prioritization of all demands including reported defects or bugs
- Works with squad to track progress and clear backlog; ensuring sign offs are completed with a well defined acceptance criteria and customer experience
- Works with business owners to define the product strategy, product roadmap, IT roadmap and ensure these are visible relevant stakeholders including data engineerings and dev ops tech teams
- Manage specifications/Documentation of AI Personalisation Engine’s solution architecture, by creating specification documents and architecture diagrams
- Maintain visibility and influence on dependent projects that affect project Al Personalization Engine: i.e.
- Take part in design sprints for other (CRM) solutions or projects, related to Al Personalization Engine—such as changes to CRM system landscape which affect Al Personalization Engine
- Interface with Mynt SA's responsible for related systems, to jointly define implementation concepts where required by feature requests or incremental maintenance to Al Personalization Engine
- Keep track of and manage overall system sizing, both on the AWS side (amount and scaling settings of Kubernetes cluster nodes) and downstream (amount of actions live concurrently in various CRM systems or delivered per day channel to users)

Skills Required

Must-haves:
- Strong architectural knowledge of cloud native and traditional IT designs
- Experience in the domain of CRM
- Experience in quality assurance of software and modern release management procedure
- Strong capability to setup monitoring systems to ensure robust system performance up to spec
- Data collection and analytics capabilities
- Experience in agile project management methods such as SCRUM
- Working knowledge of DevOps approaches, from the architectural perspective - minimally Docker, ideally Kubernetes
- Need to be willing to relocate to Philippines and be hired directly by one of the top fintech companies in the country

Nice-to have:
- Experienced in code versioning and release management through git, eg - following the gitFlow approach
- Experienced in unit testing, static code analysis/code linting, using eg - pytest, flake8, black, isort
