Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global Management Consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant with expertise in Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identification of key impact areas for the platform e.g.,which KPIs can be improved (business case).
- Benchmarks for these KPIs from similar firms.
- Identification of key platform capabilities based on client context and best practices.
- Understanding of as-is process at client site and identification of improvement areas based on best practices.
- Changes required to drive value through the platform - people, process and tech.
- Identifying key functional requirements for platform and monitoring of important stage gates from design to build.
- Help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, accuracy, and improve case management staffing levels.
- Execute on budget forecasts and owns the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting and analysis.
- Help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, accuracy, and improve case management staffing levels.

Skills Required

- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, Human Resources or business administration.
- A minimum of 9-10 years’ of relevant experience in implementing Workforce planning tools.
- Negotiation abilities and time management skills.
- A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Advanced understanding of business process analysis.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
- Comfortable with Agile practices.
