Assignment Details

Our client, a global life-sciences consulting firm, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant who can help them interviewing physicians in the Dutch and/or German Languages.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct at least 20-30 interviews phone interviews (60 minutes each).
• Require to debrief the information from the interviews into an Excel database/repository that the client team will create.
• Interview targets are physicians- Autoinflammatory diseases (AIDs) specialist, non-AID specialist, Nurses.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewees' responses by means of appropriate questioning and/or explanation.

This project would require 20+hr/week capacity, remote support for a duration of 1 month.

Skills Required

1. Available for entire EU daytime (some possibly earlier, or evening if an MD must).
2. Native/ fluent Dutch and/or German speakers.
3. Proven experience in the Talent Acquisition space
4. Should have previously recruited for the healthcare domain
