Assignment Details

Our client is a global leader of mobility solutions that is looking to onboard a consultant to devise a benchmarking framework for the Digital Business Management product that they offer. The framework will be used to assess the compliance of its offering and that of key competitors against the best practice capabilities expected from the business domain through to 2025

The consultant will-

1. Help identify the right Industry segment for our client's product based on the current capabilities.
2. Help identify the competition
3. Benchmark our client in the identified segment and help identify current product gaps.
4. Create a product benchmarking framework that our client can use to capture
current and projected best practice functional and non-functional
capabilities.
5. Calculate the TAM (Total addressable market) and CAGR over a 5-year horizon based on Current and Projected capabilities (As projected by our client and projections in the Industry).

The project may involve a mixture of onsite and remote work. The onsite portion of the project will be based out of the client's office in Gurgugram.

Skills Required

1) Strategy/management consulting experience is preferable
2) Experience in delivering value in a digital ecosystem.
3) Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
4) Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
5) Strong verbal and written communication skills
