Our client, a global leader in providing sustainable compressed air solutions, is looking to engage with a strategy consultant who would be responsible for ideating and creating a strategy business plan for the organization. The consultant will play a crucial role in expert interviews, interactions with regional business heads and would draw strategic inputs from analysis of internal data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Research & Analysis
-Conducting market research and analyzing existing company processes and workflows.
-Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry competitors.
-Creating and presenting analysis reports.
-Ability to devise strategies which cater to sustainable practices.
B. Stakeholder Management
-Manages and/or supports critical projects and initiatives aimed at achieving the Region's Strategic Objectives.
-Consults regional heads and other stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of strategic goals by identifying gaps and developing solutions.
-Manages projects and programs for the firm, including defining goals, measurements, deliverables, key milestones, and critical paths for projects containing multiple work streams.
This project is for a duration of 3 Months and it is a remote opportunity.
-Master's degree in Sciences and/or business administration with 5-6 years of experience.
-A keen understanding of sustainability principles and practices is essential.
-Proven experience in business strategy to make informed strategic recommendations.
-The consultant should have the ability to identify innovative practices that can enhance the sustainability.
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
