Assignment Details

Our client, a machine components firm, is looking for a senior HR lead to drive the organisation planning, review and employee engagement agenda with a primary goal to reduce attrition and increase employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters (KPIs based on industry benchmarks)
2. Designing and implementing key strategies to get there- executing the best in class competency evaluation and training programs.
3. Helping define an effective plan with clear milestones and train internal HR teams on execution.
4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
5. Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements

The project duration will be based entirely in Bengaluru and will require a full time, on-site support.

Skills Required

- Experience with training and engagement programs for blue collared workforce
- Mandatory HR experience in manufacturing sector- auto/ aerospace/ locomotives
- Should have prior experience in competency assessment
- Hands on experience in designing competency development programs
