A Global Digital Bank
Our client, a global digital bank is looking to engage with a Program Manager.

They want to make headway into a mission of becoming a full-service digital bank by building a new neo-bank product. Product Manager of the Neo-bank team is a unique opportunity to start from scratch and launch one of the first neo-banks for India’s next billion users, a segment underserved by even the most aggressive consumer internet companies.
Key responsibilities:
● Planning, scheduling, and running the program end to end across several internal and external stakeholders such as technology service providers and banks.
● Attending all meetings/conversations and owning the synchronous and asynchronous communication across Branch and external stakeholders.
● Establishing program governance, running the program, and proactive risk identification and mitigation to ensure timely delivery of the program. This would entail negotiating with stakeholders and holding them accountable.
● Regular progress reporting on the initiatives to the wider org as this is one of the highest visibility programs at Branch.
● Minimum 3+ years of project/program management experience with a demonstrated ability to execute complex projects with various stakeholders.
● Experience working in product teams in the financial domain preferably
Payments or KYC for India. Any exposure to the Indian regulatory environment (RBI, UIDAI, etc.) is another plus.
● Have a knack to identify potential project risks and imminent communication gaps and take preventive measures.
● Strong proactive communication and interpersonal effectiveness are critical to
success.
● You would need to quickly pick up project context, objectives, and domain knowledge and build relationships with external stakeholders. Involving the right stakeholders at the right time and level would be key.
● You are resourceful. You know how to do more with less, you are not afraid of big challenges, and you do whatever it takes to get the job done
