Assignment Details

Our client, a leading beverages company, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities:

- Passing all the entries in a timely manner and ensure all the accounts are maintained in a hygienic condition with no unexplained balance.
- Monthly updates on budget available and details of budget spent to unit
- To perform vendor reconciliation and ensure corrective action
- Ensure timely booking of Import/export fee, Excise duty and arranging challans accordingly
- Internal SOP checks and Physical verification of Stocks & Assets.
- Analysis of Balance Sheet schedules & Preparation of Zonal MIS
- To get command on monthly GST returns -GSTR1, GSTR 3B by assisting FFM
- Ensure timely issuance of “C” and “F”-forms to Suppliers & timely acknowledgment
- To keep the data ready for GST assessments and VAT assessments for audit.
