Assignment Details

Our client is one of the world's leading Beauty company and are looking to engage with a HRBP consultant who can partner with the leadership team to provide support with people strategies, align India People agenda with Global talent strategy and lead day to day HR operations that includes team building, performance management, resolving employee issues.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Partner with the India Leadership Team (GM and Function leaders ) to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs, implement human resources strategy to support business objectives.
- Help drive company-wide human resources strategy, programs and processes into business divisions
- Collaborate with Regional and Global HR leaders/ COE leads for all talent processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Talent Acquisition etc.
- Support and administrate Talent Review and Succession planning strategy roll out.
- lead and guide HR team on frontline operations Pan India (over 200 employees )
- Serve as the final employee relations manager to mediate and resolve employee disputes and concern
- Ensure statutory compliance

Skills Required

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
