Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to engage with a back-end Process Optimization Consultant with experience of US-focused healthcare BPO; particularly within revenue cycle management (RCM), Health Information Management (HIM) or electronic data management (EDM) processes.

They are a Healthcare BPO with US clients willing to invest in making out internal processes more efficient either through automation, workflow efficiency, or any other technological solutions.

The project will likely fall into three phases based on discussion with the consultant:
1. Diagnostic: deep-dive shortlisted opportunities/ bottlenecks to discover low hanging fruit in terms of efficiency improvements
2. Business case development: calculate potential savings from efficiency gains vs costs of solution development
3. Solution development: either develop solutions or work with in-house technical personnel to develop and deploy solutions.

Deliverables
Each phase of the project will have different deliverables which can be discussed with the consultant.

Duration- Initial 2 months with potential to keep rolling over for new opportunities.
Location- Remote. Some meetings in Delhi NCR (if convenient)
Capacity- Depending on project phase and with discussion with consultant. Likely part-time (flexible, 2-3 days per week).

Skills Required

-Ideally looking for a consultant with previous experience in process optimization to replicate what they may have done elsewhere.
-Experience: healthcare BPO, revenue cycle management (RCM), Health Information Management (HIM) or electronic data management (EDM) processes.
-Skills: business process optimization, business process management, workflow planning, automation, lean, six sigma
