Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to engage with an HR Consultant.
They have an IT staffing business wherein their recruiters do almost 2 lakh searches annually on Naukri alone and want the team to be more efficient/ consistent in their process and use of Naukri functionality.
They are looking to engage with a Consultant who can help to re-engineer the search process on Naukri:

Key responsibilities:
i) Categorize the searches
ii) Study the strategy/process various recruiters are following and suggesting the optimal strategy / process to be used for each category of search
iii) Advise on any steps that we can automate
iv) Advise the right metrics to be used
v) Develop training pack for new recruiter training.

Duration: 1 -2 months (Remote)
Capacity- Full time (ideally) or part time 50% capacity.

Skills Required

- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
- Experience in Sourcing and Hiring from various job portals
- Relevant experience in re-engineering the search process.
