Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to engage with an an Independent HR set up to make the employee onboarding process smoother. We are looking to hire a freelancer specializing in HR with considerable experience in setting up a company’s employee onboarding process.

Scope of work:
- Organizational structure
- Designations of employees
- Salary banding assignment
- Performance management system
- Inclusion of international employees and their own banding, designations
- Formation of employee handbook
- Policy formation on aspects such as expenses, training, approval processes, hiring processes, onboarding
- Defining internal communications around HR policy

Project deliverables:
i) An End-to-End HR set up for the company which would include setting clear
onboarding systems which meet HR compliances. We require this process to be set
in a way that the day-to-day process can be handled efficiently by the company.
ii) Employee handbook, complete with comprehensive policies on day to day practices.

• Duration of the project: To be discussed as per capabilities of freelancer. Work to be started and completed asap.
• Location of the project: To be delivered remotely

Skills Required

-Previous experience with establishing a complete End-to-End HR set up of a medium sized firm.
-Strong knowledge of Human resources, local laws, customs and compliances.
-Experience in Performance management system, organizational design and development.
- Good communication skills.
