Our client, a leading finance company, is looking for independent consultants, who can deliver the following responsibilities (only execution, no strategy experience required) :
- Maintaining an up-to-date social media feed calendar for content readiness in line with ongoing campaigns, periodical topicals, contests, and other ad hoc product posts
- Spotting and creative execution of social media trends relevant to brand in a timely manner in coordination with agency
- Research on new social media and digital platforms and competitor brands present thereon along with best practices
- Responsible for creative adaptations of digital media campaigns for social, display, direct marketing, and other digital marketing properties as per approved media plan in coordination with the internal design team and/or agency
- Brand-owned campaign landing pages: Modifying design/content of existing landing pages as per requirements of new campaigns, coordination on successful and timely go-live of new landing pages
- Preparing an effective lead funnel mechanism for tracking and reporting of leads from every campaign source in coordination with media agency and Sales / Call Centre teams
- Identifying and suggesting content, design and functionality improvement areas on brand’s website and mobile app to stay ahead of competitors
- Day-to-day coordination with various agencies for content to be published on our blog/community as per approved calendar
- Supporting the team on conducting monthly live online sessions on blog/community in coordination with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders
- Conducting research and maintaining an up-to-date relevant influencer list from the domains health and finance
- Preparing weekly website, blog/community and mobile app analytics reports on traffic, engagement and best performing content/pages (daily during campaigns), along with promptly reporting any anomalies
- Analysing trending search subjects around topicals for digital
- Maintaining up-to-date monthly reports on performance of all social media channels in coordination with agency
- Daily website and campaign landing pages analytics tracking during campaign periods
- Google Trends reporting for tracking search trends of brand and related terms during campaigns
- Research as well as competition mapping and tracking to understand best social media and digital media practices within the health insurance and health industries
- Understand and report requirements that cross functional teams have from digital marketing team
- 2/3 years of experience as digital media marketing or social media content executive at a consumer organization
- Qualification: Graduate - BMS/BBA (Marketing) or BMM (Marketing/Advertising)
- Good language and communication skills preferred
- Experience working with an FMCG organisaition
