Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing logistics solutions company. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who can optimize billing process and improve cash flow management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing and proposing automation of billing process
2. Optimizing the billing process to make it efficient and effective
3. Reducing the number of days to generate a bill to 1 day
4. Exploring invoice discounting/ factoring to improve cash flow
5. Advising on quick fix on cash flow management
6. Monitoring the cash flow into and out of the organization.
7. Analyzing Cash Flow, Ratios
8. Creating KPI and reporting to the management

Note: The project will be based out of Noida. A full time capacity would be required for 3 months from the consultant.

Skills Required

1. Experience in working in the Financial Management domain of manufacturing
unit will be a great add on
2. Should have worked with SMEs/ MSMEs
3. Prior engagement in B2B sector
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail
