Assignment Details

Our client, a fast growing smart city safety & traffic solutions firm, is looking to engage with an HR Recruitment professional to help them with the on-boarding for some key positions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Hiring a sales expert for Highway Traffic Management solutions
1. Driving candidate sourcing through database / job board searches and referral generation
2. Driving conversions through resume screening, short-listing candidates, maintaining the sourcing database; Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews
3. Ensuring the right match between candidate and job requirement
4. Maintaining the hiring MIS

NOTE: The project will be based entirely in Pune.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Experience in the Manufacturing sector is a must
2. Prior experience in the B2B area will be preferred
3. Should have worked with SMEs/ MSMEs ideally
4. Experience of selling complete HTM solutions
5. Experience of working with a search firm will be a definite plus
6. Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
