Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing manufacturer of beverages. They are looking for an HR consultant in the Organisational Design space to revamp and formulate the enterprise structure.

Responsibilities include:

1. Review the current organisation structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
2. Understand the main business processes of the organization and compares jobs with the internal logics of the company.
3. Undertake initiatives to improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities with the ultimate goal to optimise the deployment of internal resources to achieve superior business results.
4. Design the job matrix, maintain the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation across firms
5. Check the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
6. Ensure that systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in place.
7. Implement KPI'S and best practices for Organisational Design including workforce planning.

This project is a full time, onsite, project based in Delhi for a duration of 4 months.

Skills Required

1. Prior hands on experience in leading organisation structure design
2. Must have worked in B2C Industry, preferably in Consumer Products
3. Proficient in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to leadership
4. Organizational and leadership skills
5. Excellent communication skills
