Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing manufacturer of solar and led lighting products. They are looking to engage with a Hiring Agency who has led leadership hiring across roles

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead hiring a Chief Technology Officer and a Chief Sales/Marketing Officer for the
organisation
2. Design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire the
best talent
3. Conceptualize and implement ideas to reach out to high quality talent
4. Leverage different sources to attract talent to optimize recruitment cost and
improve employer branding
5. Contribute to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any
other tools
6. Create strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline
of quality profiles
7. Develop metrics that measure effectiveness of Processes, candidate quality and
candidate experience/outcome

Note: This client is based out of Ahmedabad.

Skills Required

1. Exhaustive experience of leading Hiring for Senior Leadership across
Technology, Sales and Marketing Roles
2. Should have hire for high growth Start Ups
3. Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
4. Exceptional stakeholder management. Proven ability to influence management
as consultant and partner
5. Data driven, experienced at using data to inform TA team, HR colleagues and
business leaders to make evidence based decisions when identifying any
challenge or potential opportunities for improvement
6. Awareness and experience of deploying TA strategies and attraction methods
to support diverse hiring
