Assignment Details

Our client, a fast growing logistics solutions firm, is looking to engage with a Sales Strategy Consultant to help setup a sales team with well defined processes and KRA's.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
2. Initiate KAM practice and identify high value clients
3. Build a plan to explore and tap new business from existing clients
4. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
5. Initiate and coach key stakeholders on their roles in effective change

NOTE: This project will be based in Mumbai.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Prior experience in a B2B setup is a must
2. Experience in working in the logistics industry will be a great add on
3. Proficiency in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to leadership
4. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
