Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing manufacturer of emulsion paint and is looking for a senior Sales consultant to design a long term sales strategy and identify areas of growth for the company.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing industry trends to identify areas of growth - products, regions, adjacent
segments
2. Working with the senior management team to prioritize the opportunities -
products, channels, partnerships - based on demand and fit with the company's
strengths
3. Synthesize a sales and channel strategy for the client for the next 3-5 years and
identify the key business building initiatives
4. Work with the team to develop
quarterly sales forecasts and investments needed to get there
5. Help put in place a solid new customer acquisition and key account management
process.

This project is based in Mumbai and will require full time on-site support for 4 months from the consultant.

Skills Required

1. Should have experience in dealing with Industrial Products
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
3. Must have prior experience in working with/supporting SMEs/ MSMEs
4. Proficient in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to
leadership
