Assignment Details

Our client, a fast growing manufacturer of steel products, is looking for a Enterprise Resource Planner who can effectively implement ERP and check for any gaps and problems.

Responsibilities include:

1. Executing ERP across the organization and to fill any gaps and correcting them.
2. Aligning the employee capabilities with process requirements
3. Developing a robust back end system / specifically for production team, marketing
and Finance departments
3. Reducing dependence on promoter for day to day activities / decisions
4. Internally auditing to study strengths and weaknesses of all functional
departments
5. Enhancing vertical understanding among employees of all departments

NOTE: This project is based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Skills Required

1. Experience in the Manufacturing sector is a must
2. Prior experience in a B2B setup will be a great add-on
3. Should have worked with SMEs/ MSMEs
4. Proficiency in designing SOP's, process documents and transitioning to
leadership, L1 and L2
