Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing manufacturer of electrical equipment parts. They are looking to engage with a consultant to fine tune their current HR process and identify best recruitment practices for the firm.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters (
KPIs based on industry benchmarks)
2. Hiring 4-5 engineers for the New Product Development vertical of the firm
3. Designing the key strategies to get there e.g., design and implementation of best
in class organisation structure based on company vision of growth.
4. Identifying best recruitment practices that should be followed by the firm
5. Helping define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and train
internal HR teams on execution.
6. Should also be well versed with required training for employee motivation,
inculcate professionalism and control employee attrition.
7. Measure overall training effectiveness and conduct talent assessments

NOTE: This project will be based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Skills Required

1. Well versed in Training and engagement programs for all L1, L2 and L3
employees
2. Prior experience in industrial equipment sector
3. Prior engagement with B2B sector
3. Proficiency in designing SOP's, review metrics etc.
