Assignment Details

Our client, a fast growing manufacturer of industrial products, is looking for a senior HR consultant who can revamp and transform the HR practices of the firm.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters
(KPIs and KRAs based on industry benchmarks)
2. Setting up Performance Management System (PMS) practice
3. Identifying a senior HR person who can lead the department and take it forward
4. Recruiting middle level managers who have fresh ideas and zeal
5. Designing and implementing key strategies to get there- executing the best in
class competency evaluation and training programs.
6. Resolving the challenges in managing current set of old employees with respect
to adoption of new ways of working and thinking
7. Helping define an effective plan with clear milestones and train internal HR teams
on execution.
8. Coaching and providing assistance on people management for mid-level leaders
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
10. Training on value additions from out of the box thinking

NOTE: This project will be based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Skills Required

1. Should have experience in dealing with Industrial Products
3. Must have prior experience in working with/supporting SMEs/ MSMEs
4. Proficient in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to
leadership
5. Prior experience in the B2B area will be preferred
