A leading industrial & capital goods manufacturing firm
Our client is a fast growing manufacturer of heavy electrical equipment and is looking for a HR for recruitment purpose.
Responsibilities include:
1. Driving conversions through resume screening, short-listing candidates,
maintaining the sourcing database; Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal
interviews
2. Ensuring the right match between candidate and job requirement
3. Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
4. Making offers and negotiating
5. Ensuring joining of candidates selected
6. Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or
any other tools
7. Conducting basic secondary research
8. Advisory on scaling up, developing long-term vision for the company
9. Assisting in connecting with potential customers
10. Creating strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent
pipeline of quality profiles
This project is based in Aurangabad and will require full time on-site support for 3 months from the consultant.
1. Should have experience in dealing with Industrial Products
2. Must have prior experience in working with/supporting SMEs/ MSMEs
3. Prior experience in the B2B area will be preferred
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong decision-making skills
