Assignment Details

Our client, a fast growing global logistics solutions firm, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant who can help them design and implement programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Setup a performance management system
2. Integrate employees well with organization culture through T&D
3. Up-skill current employees to take up more ownership and responsibilities
4. Training on value additions from out of the box thinking
5. Prepare second line of command and impart leadership skills

NOTE: This project will be based in Mumbai.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Prior experience in a B2B setup is a must
2. Experience in the logistics industry will be a great add on
3. Proficiency in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to leadership
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.
5. Superior written and verbal communication Skills
