Assignment Details

We are looking for a dynamic experienced professional with significant experience in controlling the quality of large scale civil projects. The consultant would broadly be responsible to:

1. Identify, assess, monitor, document, and report potential quality issues while the project is on-going
2. Identify the root cause of quality errors and make recommendations for long term solutions
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards
4. Establish a plan with the team to ensure quality definitions are understood across all levels
5. Define a governance structure for ensuring adherence to the defined
processes

The consultant would be required to frequently travel to the project site in Punjab/Indore as and when required.

Skills Required


1) Strong experience in designing the Quality standards and governing mechanism for all processes
2) Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (Six Sigma, ISO etc)
3) Experience of handling QA vertical and/or team in a multi location service industry
4) Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. Strategic mind that is able to think long term
5) Personal effectiveness – planning, time management, process orientation
6) Minimum 10 years of experience in quality certifications/ assessments/ process quality control
7) Experience in quality control of surveys and assessments
