Assignment Details

We are looking for a senior Compensation&Benefit Consultant who can help us in:

- Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans
- Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends
- Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries
through data and cost analyses
- Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for
senior executive team
- Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications
- Ensuring company is compliant with state and central laws
- Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits
vendors

The consultant would be required to travel to Punjab as and when required

Skills Required

- Expert level knowledge of Compensation&Benefits frameworks and experience
of setting up Compensation&Benefits schemes in large multinationals
- Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits is expected
- Good analytical skills
- Prior experience in an HR consulting firm will be a definite plus
