Assignment Details


We are looking for a dynamic experienced professional with significant experience in leading large scale civil projects. The consultant would broadly be responsible to:

1. Identify key resources and provide direction for meeting the project objectives. 2. Set comprehensive goals for teams.
3. Oversee project schedule, task details and oversee execution of the entire project.
4. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.
4. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues, and manage strategic relationships with them.
5. Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
6. Manage and motivate the team and oversee daily operations of the company.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement plans to build the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organisation.
8. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the CEO

The consultant would be required to frequently travel to the project site in Punjab/Indore as and when required.

Skills Required

1. Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork
2. Deep knowledge of leading large scale civil project management
3. Proven experience in risk management
4. Resilience, high problem-solving abilities, attention to detail.
5. Strong inter-personal skills to mange a team of professionals and thought-leaders
