Our client, an affordable housing finance company is looking to engage with a Consultant to draft a Social Impact Narrative for their Annual Report for the year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hold detailed interactions with the CEO of the firm to develop an understanding of the business, story and impact. The consultant will also be provided with some material by the management team
2. Develop a structure to craft the content for the annual report with the collated material and interviews and prepare the first draft across the following lines:
- The first year of profitability for the Company since 2015
- Challenges faced by the organisation
- Organisation's response to the unprecedented situation arising out of the COVID 19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown
- Impact on the customers both short term and long-term, glimpses of likely customer behaviour, etc
- Going Forward: 'New Normal'- Insights, Potential Opportunities and overall growth of the Company
3. Fine tune the report according to the feedback of the stakeholders
4. Synthesise a high quality final narrative highlighting the best essence of the organisation for their existing and potential investors
1. Prior experience of handling communications for impact sector firms is mandatory
2. Should have a good hold on drafting external communications materials- language, quality, messaging
3. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for interaction with stakeholders
4. Experience in the social impact/ development sector would be a major plus
