Our client, an affordable housing finance company, is looking to engage with an experienced business analyst who can help them with the deployment of a new software they are implementing for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, Collate and translate user requirements and define the goals to be achieved by the technical solution
2. Coordinate with the selected solution provider for setup and installation of the new systems and their associated applications and processes
3. Identify and document technical issues and feedback to be escalated to the vendor for resolution and process improvements.
4. Act as a bridge between the client users and technical solution providers during implementation.
5. Collaborate with department contacts and appropriate customers in recommendations with system enhancements and specific customer deployments.
6. Work with the vendor team to communicate technical concepts and system features to users across all levels of the business.
7. Facilitate training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
8. Help ensure all data is migrated to the new system post-implementation and triangulated as needed
1. 7-8 years of experience with helping define & document business requirements and implement technology solutions end-to-end is expected.
2. Prior experience in the lending industry is a must.
3. Familiarity with Oracle 10 and above, Jasper, and BI platform will be a plus.
4. Experience of working with Housing Finance/Financial Services will be a plus.
5. Teamwork – Ability to lead small teams and/or work on a team.
6. Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation.
7. Creative with scenarios when testing software.
8. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with a keen eye for details.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Scripting.
