Our client, a leading firm in the Development and Social sector, that provides affordable housing finance to under-served low income households, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant - KPI and KRAs, for the following roles and responsibilities:
1. Setting KRAs and KPIs by understanding the business and using methodologies like Balance Score Card, OKR, etc.
2. Utilize different HR analytics to arrive at decisions and back them with metrics
3. Define short-term and long-term goals to be achieved by the employees which are in line with the overall business plan
4. Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
5. Planning a setup that promotes optimum performance.
6. Continuous research on the performance of employees and conduct Performance Management Review
This project requires onsite support in Gurgaon (hybrid model) and requires Full-Time Capacity for a period of 1 month (extendable)
1. Knowledge of methodologies such as Balance Score Card, OKR, HR Metrics etc.
2. Past experience in setting KRAs and KPIs is a must
3. Past experience of working in the development sector would be a plus
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business
6. Result oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
